DISR Group was created out of a desire to help small to mid-size businesses meet their development needs despite not having dedicated resources to drive these initiatives internally. Founded in 2016, our team has over 30+ years of collective experience in marketing, business development, culture creation, management and service excellence training, ranging across a variety of industries to include healthcare, education, finance and retail.
We offer customized short/long term options that meet our clients where they are and help them reach their goals by bridging the gap between their unmet needs and a sustainable solution. Additionally, we offer a graduated social media management program for clients who would like to get a jump start on growing their online presence, while learning the process so they can effectively manage their social media in house.
About Our Team
Born and raised in Southern Oregon, Tiffany York is a tried and true Oregonian. However, after college she did quite a bit of traveling the world, making pit stops in; Canada, China, Korea, Mexico and Japan. Tiffany initially attended Oregon State University for her freshman and sophomore year. Tiffany's education took a minor detour upon joining the Army, at which time she opted to finish her Business Management and Marketing degree through the University of Phoenix while serving our country. Later she received a Master of Arts degree in Education at Southern Oregon University.
While leading the marketing and development initiatives for Asante Physician Partners as the Director of Practice Development, Tiffany became frustrated working with outside vendors/consultants, who had a tendency to over-promise, under-deliver and overcharge. Convinced that she could provide a superior service, at a better price, Tiffany opted to leverage her eclectic professional experience and venture out on her own to become a better-kind of "consultant".
Over the last 20 years, Tiffany has worked in finance, retail, marketing, education and healthcare. In that time, she has enjoyed success in the areas of; marketing, website development, social media management, building community partnerships, business development, event creation/management, strategic planning, program design, service excellence training, culture creation, employee engagement, staff and leadership development.
Tiffany is passionate about driving initiatives that create sustainable results benefiting everyone in an organization. She enjoys building relationships, sharing ideas, empowering potential and leading by example -- while always remaining flexible and maintaining a sense of humor under pressure.
Denise brings a combination of over 30 years in executive management experience to DISR Group. From bank management, business development and marketing, to sales, customer service, and motivational training. Denise enjoys exploring new ways to connect and empower people, helping them to reach their fullest potential. Most importantly, Denise is a master at creating innovative ways to get people to relate with and connect to your business, in an entertaining and authentic way.
Denise Davis moved to Southern Oregon, from Los Angeles county to raise her daughters and to enjoy the lifestyle that country living offers. Loving the great outdoors, the majestic Rogue River, nearby lakes and beautiful Oregon coastline, made it an easy choice to call the Rogue Valley home.
Denise is a musician, singer and song writer and spends much of her spare time producing and recording music in her private studio. Over the years she’s directed her musical talent in various marketing and advertising campaigns, by creating several popular jingles.
